• Actual commercial rates at PSR Prime Tower (Gachibowli, Beside DLF) are finalized on a per-floor plate basis based on lease tenure, warm-shell/bare-shell state, stamp duty, GST applicability, and the mutually executed Letter of Intent (LOI) or Lease Deed.
